Return & Cancellation Policies
Return Policy
Nueseva Commerce, LLC, a Wyoming corporation and the parent company of ridelybikes, and its affiliated companies (collectively, “ridelybikes,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), is confident in the quality of the products it sells, and as such offers customers free returns to enable them to complete their purchases with confidence. Our return policies (collectively the “Return Policy”) is subject to the following terms and conditions:
(i) To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in the same condition as when received, and a valid reason for the return must be provided. In addition, items must be in their original packaging. Ridelybikes reserves the right to charge a restocking fee of up to $150 at its sole and absolute discretion.
(ii) To process a return, ridelybikes requires a receipt or other acceptable proof of purchase.
(iii) The return period is limited to seven (7) days after a customer receives a product.
(iv) The shipping fee incurred when the product was sent to the customer, as well as any fees associated with returning a product, are solely the responsibility of the customer, notwithstanding any advertisements of “free shipping” or similar promotions.
(v) Returns Process: In order to process a return, the customer must contact ridelybikes via the “Contact Us” page on the ridelybikes website. Returns are only considered confirmed after a written response is received from ridelybikes confirming the return request has been accepted. Please do not send back any product until you receive confirmation from ridelybikes.
(vi) Card Processing Fee: If funds from a customer debit card, credit card, PayPal or other electronic source of payment have been transferred prior to the fulfillment of a refund request, a percentage of the charge as determined necessary by ridelybikes, in its sole and absolute discretion, will be withheld to cover the cost of card processing.
(vii) Please read our Terms of Service, Express Limited Warranties Policy, Cancellation Policy and Shipping Policy, all of which are incorporated by reference into this Return Policy, where appropriate.
Cancellation Policy
Nueseva Commerce, LLC, a Wyoming corporation and the parent company of ridelybikes, and its affiliated companies (collectively, “ridelybikes,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), maintains the following policies with regard to cancellation (collectively the “Cancellation Policy”):
(i) Customers may cancel their order for a refund up to the time when they receive an email confirmation with shipping information.
(ii) Notwithstanding whether “free shipping” or similar is advertised, if a customer cancels an order after the order has been shipped, then the original shipping fee that was incurred to ship the product to the customer and any shipping fees associated with sending the product back to ridelybikes will not be refunded. The product cost will remain eligible for a refund.
(iii) Cancellation Process: In order to cancel an order, the customer must contact ridelybikes via the “Contact Us” page on the ridelybikes website. Cancellations are only considered confirmed after a written response is received from ridelybikes confirming the cancellation is approved.
(iv) Card Processing Fee: If funds from a customer’s debit card, credit card, PayPal or other electronic source of payment have been transferred prior to the fulfillment of a cancellation request, a percentage of the charge, as determined necessary by ridelybikes in its sole and absolute discretion, will be withheld to cover the cost of card processing.
