Shipping Policy
Nueseva Commerce, LLC, a Wyoming corporation and the parent company of ridelybikes, and its affiliated companies (collectively, “ridelybikes,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) maintains the following policy with regard to shipping products as part of our Services (the “Shipping Policy”):
(i) In-stock Ebikes: These products will ship to customers within three (3) working days of a purchase being completed.
(ii) Costs: We offer free shipping of all Ebikes to physical addresses located within the forty-eight (48) continental United States.
(iii) Addresses Eligible for Services: We only ship to physical addresses located within the forty-eight (48) continental United States.
(iv) No Responsibility for Loss, Theft, or Damage: We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged products due to actions or inactions attributable to shipping services, postal services, or, other third parties whose actions or inactions are outside of our control once a product leaves our facility.
(v) Please read our Terms of Service, Express Limited Warranties Policy, Return Policy and Cancellation Policy, all of which are incorporated by reference into this Shipping Policy, where appropriate.
